At Nexli, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take great care to ensure that every product is delivered in excellent condition. As all our products are premium imitation jewellery, we follow a carefully structured return and refund policy to maintain hygiene, quality standards, and fairness for both customers and the brand.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify Nexli of such issues within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team and sharing clear images or videos of the product and packaging. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery may not be eligible for return unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Nexli will verify the issue and approve the request accordingly. If the return is approved, customers may be offered a replacement of the same product or an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability. In cases where a replacement is not available, a refund may be initiated.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Nexli. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and banking policies.

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or discount campaigns may be subject to different return conditions. Such products may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are received in a damaged or defective state. Nexli reserves the right to clearly communicate any special conditions applicable to discounted items at the time of purchase.

Nexli reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or appear to be misuse of the return policy. All decisions regarding returns and refunds will be final and made at the sole discretion of Nexli.
